How to Purchase Tickets:

Purchase your train tickets early as seating is limited. The easiest way to get tickets is to order them online by clicking here. The Historic Jefferson Railway, 400 E. Austin Street, Jefferson, TX 75657, will be open Friday and Saturday through October 28 for phone and walk-in orders from noon until 4:00 PM. The Cypress Bayou RV park opens each Friday and Saturday at 6:00 PM and tickets can be purchased during event hours for maze, haunted house and any available Train. Tickets will not be sold between 4:00 and 6:00 PM on the day of the event.

On-line tickets are not available after 11:00 a.m. on the day of the event.

Schedule

Rain/Refund Policy:

In case of inclement weather situations or mechanical issues where the train DOES NOT RUN (late runs and delayed starting do not apply), passengers may receive the calculated refund value in the form of an exchange voucher valid for future Historic Jefferson Railway events OR passengers may receive the calculated refund value in the form of cash, check or credit to credit card depending on the form of payment that was used for the ticket(s) being refunded.

If you would like to cancel your order prior to the event, you must contact us by phone at 1-866-398-2038 or email at least 24 hours before the date/time of the event. For refund of individual tickets, less a 10% refund service charge, cancellations must be made more than 3 days in advance. Within 3 days, you will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds the day of the event. No portion of the ticket convenience fee will be refunded.

Cancellations will not be honored unless you speak directly with a depot ticket agent or receive a direct reply to an email. We will not accept cancellations via phone messages or email for which you have not received a confirmed reply. It is your responsibility to follow up to be sure that we have received your message.
